Okay, last hero was pretty wack. But hey, can't hate on Oprah. Had to show some kinda love right? Anyway, back to something to do with sneakers and design.This time it's Jeff Ng, Better known as JeffStaple. A well known name in the sneaker world. We all know the Dunk SB "Pigeon", jepp, THAT's Jeff. He owns a shop called Reed Space in Manhattan, NYC. Which you definitely should check out if you're in New York. He's FOTB's hero because he could make this:To something beautiful and "most-wanted dunk of all time" like this:It's not only the pigeon that made him famous. Nike Special Edition & Puma @ Foot Locker

Usually I don't get my clothing at Foot Locker.. Unless it's a nice Jordan tee, which is rare. But something interesting just landed here in Copenhagen. Nike "Special Edition". Pretty fresh colors on the clothing. I especially like the shorts and the hoody. Which is reversible, it has the same pattern as the shorts. Pretty fresh.Another nice thing Foot Locker (Europe) just got in is the Disc Blaze 90 "Tetris Pack". I'm loving the "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" colorway... MEGA FRESH!

It's back bitches!!! The Jordan 3 BLACK-CEMENT! It will be released together in the Countdown pack with the 20. I can't waiiiiiit!! I don't like any J's above the 14, but damn, it's worth it...
Another exciting thing from Jordan in my opinion, is the "Opening Day Pack". They have the colorway of the Chicago White Sox jerseys. Why does Jordan have baseball theme shoes?
To make a long story short: MJ's dad loved baseball, MJ's dad was murdered in '93, MJ decides to leave NBA to join the White Sox to honor his father.

Squirrel or Pigeon??

While I was taking a piss in Central Park, I came to the thought of that if Jeff (STAPLE) can put a freakin flying rat on a shoe and get major $$$, I can too!! I'll just use another iconic animal of NYC... I saw a bunch of squirrels in Central Park, maybe I'll use that...
I'll call up Nike first thing in the morning, and tell 'em that I want to put a freakin squirrel on the heel of a Dunk SB. And only produce 50 pairs or something... Then I should be rich in no time right?

So instead of people goin: "Shit, I wish I had 2G's to cop the Pigeons son..." they would say: "DAAAAYMN!! I wish I had 2G's to cop the Squirrel son...!!"

...if only it was that easy.

Jordan Six Rings

This ugly piece of shit is called Jordan Six Rings. It represents the shoes that Mike wore during the seasons he (and the Bulls) won the championships. So that would be 6,7,8,11,12,13... I don't like it right now, maybe I'll learn how to later when it comes out... I liked the Dubs and the Spiz'Ike.. but this shit.. I do not know.... I do not know...

Turtlin' in up

New pic released of the 'Turtles pack' SB dunks. Someone might remember the Donatello, well here comes Michaelangelo. So far it seems like a pretty decent pack, in my opinion. No word on exact release dates yet.

SUPREME!

So I went to Supreme in NYC, it was fun. The day I decided to check out the store, they released the spring collection. Around 400 kids standing in line for Kermit gear. Who can blame 'em, we all grew up with Kermit and co. we all just want to show or love for the green guy? But I certainly did NOT want to stand in line for hours so I walked away with my head up high and came back the next day. Then the line wasn't so bad. I stood for 45min and that was my first "standing in line for something hype". Cool experience, met some people, exchanged opinions about sneakers and stuff. All in all it was worth it. I got what I wanted, except... KERMIT.

STAPLE X NB575

The pigeon is again to find on another sneaker. Staple in collab with New Balance is putting on the famous "pigeon" colorway on the 575. It looks pretty fresh, but in my opinion, the pigeon is getting a lil' played out. No word yet on the release.

NYC

The view from the apartment....right...So I went to New York for a week... Nice to see NY again, saw some good stuff.. pigeons, tall buildings, lots of flashing lights... All the typical tourists stuff and then some. But I'll make it short and jump to the sneakers and the stores. Went to Flight Club, my God. HEAVEN. I picked up the Homer's, Skate or Die's, Dunk Jordan pack and the Optimus Prime Trainers at FC. Also picked up the ATC at a Foot Locker for NOTHING.More from the NYC trip later..

All hail the suede

Alright, what can I say? This is my grail of grails.. Released way before SB's were on any little kid's (read= my own) wish list and had the mainstream hype status that it does today. This is without a doubt the most insane color-way I can think of on any dunk. And of course, the fact that it is comprised of nothing but suede and more suede only adds another plus to the equation.

So I was taking the train the other day and spotted this.. I don't have any idea what's going on here, but my best guess is that either DSB is trying to defy our conventional Gregorian calendar or possibly that specific train car had the same features as the famous BTTF Delorean and landed me in a semi-distant future. Could also be some sick joke.. September 11? Come on, guys, that's uncalled for... Anybody got a better idea, let me know.

Skate Or Die

This beautiful dunk, in my opinion, outweighs a lot of the BS SB's that's been released lately (read: last two years) and is even nicer 'in the flesh' than in pics, and even nicer when they're on my feet =) Mmmmhh, that blue suede.

Cop now at Street Machine or regret later.. Seb, I expect to see a pair from you shortly..?
